Product Shipment

Once eligible orders have been completed and payment has been received, the products are prepared by our professional team. Orders are handed over to the relevant shipping company within no more than 2 business days for delivery to the specified name and address.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once the products have been handed over to the shipping company, the tracking number and relevant shipment details are shared with our customers.

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping fees may vary depending on each country’s tax regulations, geographical location and delivery region.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the geographical location of the recipient’s country, transportation routes and customs procedures. Our estimated delivery time is between 4 and 16 days.

Damaged Shipments

The shipping company is responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. Therefore, when your order arrives, we kindly ask you to open the package in the presence of the courier and make sure that the products are undamaged.
