Membership Agreement
- This Membership Agreement has been prepared by Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and its affiliated companies to determine the rules and terms governing the use of the https://www.bulkybross.com/ website. Hereinafter, it shall be referred to as Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. throughout this text.
- Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. may regularly send campaign information and announcements to members who approve this Agreement and may provide its members with the opportunity to shop online.
- Membership created through the https://www.bulkybross.com/ website is personal to the member. Membership may not be transferred or sold.

The member shall have a password determined by the member. The user may change their
password at any time. Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. takes the necessary precautions to
ensure member security. However, members are also responsible for the security of their
own accounts.
Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. shall never request password information from its customers. The https://www.bulkybross.com/ website shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of the password.
The email address provided during registration is personal to the member, and only one membership may be created using the same email address. It is not possible to create two different memberships with the same email address. The password must be known only by the user. To access services requiring membership, the user must log in using the email address and password provided during registration. - The member agrees that https://www.bulkybross.com/ may contact them for the purpose of providing campaign offers by using the personal information and shopping information shared by the member.
- The member accepts that they shall be responsible for any damages arising from providing incomplete or incorrect information while registering on the https://www.bulkybross.com/ website. If the member provides incorrect information or acts in violation of this Agreement, Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. may terminate the membership without any prior warning or notification.
- The member agrees and undertakes not to copy, reproduce, publish or use for commercial purposes any information, documents, software, designs, graphics, texts, images, videos or similar content or works owned by Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and available on https://www.bulkybross.com/.

website may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the operation of the system at any
time. Even if the username and password have been entered correctly, Bross Tekstil San. ve
Tic. A.Ş. shall have no liability toward its members or third parties due to the temporary
suspension or permanent termination of the system.
The https://www.bulkybross.com/ website may prevent a member from accessing the system or suspend the member’s ability to obtain a new password without providing any reason.
The copyrights relating to information, documents, software, designs, graphics and similar works created by Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. or obtained from external sources and displayed on the website belong to Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. -
The member accepts, declares and undertakes that they shall be solely responsible for any
damages caused to third parties or to Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. during the use of the
services provided by Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
If Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. suffers any damages as a result of damages caused by the member to third parties, Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. reserves the right of recourse against the member. In such a case, the relevant membership may be terminated by Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. without prior notice.
All rights of Bross Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. arising from this Agreement and applicable laws are reserved.
